We ship exclusively with DHL/TNT and FAN COURIER (only for Romania). Not all articles are available on immediate stock so please note the delivery times of:
- In-stock: 3- 5 business days for Delivery in Romania and 5-10 business days in EU
- Pre-order: 14 -20 business days + 1 to 3 business days required for shipping
Shipping is free of charge for all orders with delivery Romania . For any other destinations shipping charges will be advised when you make the order , before final check out .
You can cancel your order within 1 business days from the day you received the Order Confirmation.
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from www.no44store.com but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return them to us for a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted. So please make sure you book your return in time ( we recommend 7 days ) so the parcel will arrive at our warehouse max 14 days after delivery.
Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all no44store.com tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse is carefully checked and packed. Nevertheless, if you receive an item which you feel is damaged, please contact us immediately.
no44store.com will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached AND in its original packaging.
TO ARRANGE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To Return Your Item:
Access the section Return & Refund from your account and follow the steps indicated there. An email with your return acceptance will be sent together with the shipping documents.
Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.
Attach the return shipping label received by email/or inside the original package to the outside of the box.
Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the pre-determined day and hour.

Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, an exchange/refund will be issued and an email with confirmation will be sent to you.
When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s), except for the return shipping charges which are the client’s responsibility.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please keep in mind that if you wish to return an item for one which is not available in stock, delivery time will be set accordingly to the type of order you place.
Should you fail to meet any of these requirements, you will be notified and may have the possibility to have the merchandise returned to you. We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid.
A time frame of anywhere between 10-14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit cardholder.
Wire transfer refunds usually take place within 10-14 days. The refund will only be issued to the same account from which the wire transfer payment was made for the order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and does not expire.
Please be aware that international customs duties and taxes are NOT refundable.
